- Click on the Remote Support Tool Icon below when instructed by a Farmtel Tech.
- A pop-up will appear and ask if you would like to run or save the file.
- Select to run the file.
- If your computer asks for administrative permission, you will need to accept it allowing this for the program to correctly run.
- Locate Your ID number and have it ready to provide your Farmtel technician.
