Wade Frank joined the Farmtel team in December of 2015 as a customer service representative and is the primary point of contact when calling Farmers & Merchants.   Wade has a background in the telecom industry in customer service, billing and sales.

If you have reported service issues or scheduled new service installations, chances are you have spoken with Wade.  He is also able to answer basic questions and walk you through general troubleshooting over the phone before escalating your issue to a service technician to be deployed to your site.
